CAR contributed to the Handbook on Water Allocation Strategy in Transboundary River Basins by the UN-Economic Commission for Europe (www.unece.org). Highly relevant for the RBOs that Botswana is involved in and for possible accession to the Convention on the Protection and Use of Transboundary Watercourses and International Lakes, currently being considered by Government.
